Section titled “Announcements”From any session page, Message everyone emails all booked students — “bring a mat”, “park in the back”, “room changed”. Each announcement is also filed into your 1:1 conversation with every recipient, and replies go straight to your real inbox (we set the reply-to). Limit: 3 per session per day, so a typo fix never becomes spam.
Direct messages
Section titled “Direct messages”Messages holds a two-way thread per student. What you send is delivered to their email (reply-to: you) and to their portal if they have an account. Students can message you from their portal, and you’re notified by email.
Students can quietly mute your non-receipt emails — see privacy promises — so keep announcements useful.
