Roster & door check-in

Every session page has a roster: who’s booked, paid what, plus Present / No-show buttons and per-booking refunds.

QR check-in

Each student’s confirmation page carries a personal QR ticket. Scan it at the door and they’re checked in instantly — the roster and your attendance stats update in real time.

• Scanning twice is harmless; you’ll just see they’re already in.
• Tickets for cancelled or refunded bookings are rejected on scan, with the reason shown — no more “but I booked!” disputes at the door.
• A ticket for a different day scans with a warning, so early birds and wrong-week mix-ups are caught but not blocked.

A dedicated mobile scanning app is on the roadmap; the check-in system behind it is already live.
