How refunds work

The mechanics, in one place:

  • Every class sets a cancellation window (typically 24 hours before start). Until it closes, students cancel themselves from their booking page and card payments are refunded in full, automatically.
  • After the window closes, refunds are at the instructor’s discretion — instructors can refund any confirmed booking at any time from their dashboard.
  • If an instructor cancels a session, every paid booking is refunded in full automatically and students are emailed.
  • Refunds include everything the student paid. Instructors: ClassCrush returns its booking fee to you on every refund.
  • Class-pack credit bookings are refunded as credits back to the student’s balance.
  • Refunds are issued to the original card immediately; banks typically post them in 5–10 business days.
