Card payments (Stripe)

Card bookings are charged directly to your own Stripe account — you are the merchant of record. ClassCrush takes its plan fee per booking; everything else is yours, and payouts, bank details, and Stripe’s own reports live in your Stripe dashboard (one click from Settings → “View payouts”).

When you refund a student, the ClassCrush fee is returned to you too — a refund never costs you our cut on top.

In-person payments

Set a class’s payment mode to in person and bookings confirm instantly with no card step. The student’s confirmation shows the amount due and your accepted methods (cash, Venmo, Zelle — whatever you list). ClassCrush charges no booking fee on in-person-payment bookings; collecting the money is on you.
