Cancelling & refunds
Plans change. Every booking page has a “Can’t make it? Cancel this booking” link.
Before the deadline
Section titled “Before the deadline”Each class has a cancellation window (typically 24 hours before the session starts — your confirmation page shows the exact deadline). Cancel before it and:
- Card payments are refunded in full, automatically — no one to ask.
- Bookings paid with a class-pack credit get the credit returned to your balance.
Refunds are issued immediately on our side; your bank usually posts them within 5–10 business days.
After the deadline
Section titled “After the deadline”Self-service closes, but your instructor can still cancel and refund you from their side — message them through your portal or reply to any email from them. It’s their call at that point.
If the instructor cancels the session
Section titled “If the instructor cancels the session”You’re refunded in full automatically and notified by email. Nothing to do.
