Cancelling & refunds

Plans change. Every booking page has a “Can’t make it? Cancel this booking” link.

Each class has a cancellation window (typically 24 hours before the session starts — your confirmation page shows the exact deadline). Cancel before it and:

  • Card payments are refunded in full, automatically — no one to ask.
  • Bookings paid with a class-pack credit get the credit returned to your balance.

Refunds are issued immediately on our side; your bank usually posts them within 5–10 business days.

Self-service closes, but your instructor can still cancel and refund you from their side — message them through your portal or reply to any email from them. It’s their call at that point.

You’re refunded in full automatically and notified by email. Nothing to do.
