Getting help

  • About a specific class or booking — message your instructor: from your portal’s Messages tab, or just reply to any email about the booking (replies go straight to them).
  • Can’t sign in? Use the password reset link on the sign-in page. Booking receipts and tickets work from your email links even without an account.
  • Refund questions — see how refunds work; inside the window you don’t need to ask anyone.
  • Anything else — email the ClassCrush team at support@classcrush.com. Include the email address you book with so we can find your bookings quickly.
