Privacy promises

Some promises are structural — the database itself won’t answer these questions, not just the interface:

• Instructors can’t see who follows them, who unfollowed, who archived them, or who muted their emails. There is no count, no list, no signal.
• Muting never blocks receipts. Booking confirmations, cancellation and refund notices always deliver to everyone — both sides can rely on the paper trail.
• Crush is mutual-only. A one-sided crush is never revealed to anyone. Blocks are silent and absolute.
• Review names default to first name + last initial, and students control the display style per review.
• Students’ contact details are visible only to instructors they’ve actually booked with.
• Card numbers never touch ClassCrush — payment runs on Stripe’s systems end to end.
